My client is an open source NoSQL database that enables developers to build applications at low-tail latency. Scale up performance of 1M IOPS per node, scale-out hundreds of notes at 99% latency of <1msec. Fully compatible with Apache Cassandra, they embrace a shared-nothing approach that increases throughput and storage capacity to 10X that of Cassandra. My client is expanding and looking for an Account Executive for the NY and SF Bay area. SaaS and cloud platform.

 

Experience needed:

  • 5+ years selling, has completed $1M deals
  • Infrastructure experience, Database background
  • Understanding streaming analytics
  • Start up experience
  • 30% travel

 

Company Background:

  • Around since 2012 but only selling for 3 years (start-up)
  • GROWTH OPPORTUNITY- turn to management
  • 2 inside sales, 5-SDRs 5- AE’s
  • 100 people in company
  • Top 2 were at 130% of plan

 

Base: $120-135K plus equity and MBO’s

OTE: $270K
