My client is a leading provider of Identity and Access Management solutions.  They are growing, profitable with an expected growth rate of 30%-40% yr over yr. They develop software with unique "Identity Intelligence" that helps organizations achieve regulatory compliance, improve internal controls and manage risks associated with the proliferation of enterprise-wide identity data. They are growing, profitable and looking for a Sr. Sales Engineering Manager in the US.

 

Experience:

  • 3+ years in a technical sales leadership role
  • 5+ years experience in Identity management or related security solutions
  • 5 +Experience in sales engineering
  • Experience in the Security sw space

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of 8-10 (at least 6)
  • Not a player only a coach
  • Guide and mentor team. Set goals for SE team and establish recognition plans around achievement
  • Work with internal/POC SE team and technical marketing to develop presentation, demo and POC infrastructure, artifacts and documentation
  • Engage with sales leadership to determine optimum mix of activities to achieve sales targets
  • Work with technical marketing to provide input for future technical selling deliverable
