Data Architect

My client is a leading provider of managed healthcare services in North America. They are committed to quality healthcare by creating cost-effective models fully integrated with advanced technologies. They are a leading Medicare Advantage organization providing healthcare-related services in Puerto Rico since 2001 and most recently entered the Medicaid market. They are growing, profitable, and looking for a Data Architect to serve the Eastern region (FL, GA, Northeast).



  • Partners with Business and BTS teams to design and implement data management solutions that meet or exceed the needs of the business initiatives, and are consistent with enterprise architectural standards
  • Evaluate the feasibility of the data architecture and technologies related to a business change
  • Develops and documents artifacts and templates in the chosen tool/ data repository
  • Assist in establishing Enterprise Data Architecture Governance and help in formulating Enterprise Data Management Policies, Procedures, Data Stewardship/ Custodianship (Roles & Responsibilities)
  • Assess Enterprise Data Management (EDM) related Compliance & Risk Management Procedures



  • 5 years or more of specialized data architect experience
  • 7+ years of overall IT experience
  • Minimum of 5 years designing enterprise Information Management solutions in complex environments
  • Experience designing and implementing data integration solutions using event driven architecture.
  • Knowledge if Azure Logic Apps & Biz Talk will be a plus
  • Expert in Data Modeling, Analysis, and Solution Design
  • Expert in Conceptual, Logical, and Physical data models.
  • Expert in large scale Enterprise Data Warehouse Architecture
  • Completed several, complex project as the Data Architect
  • Applied various Data Management concepts such as Master Data Management, Data Governance, Data Quality Management and Data Stewardship
  • Thorough knowledge of MS Azure DW Appliance infrastructure components, cloud computing, and middleware
  • Understanding of comparable leading technologies in data system architecture (Microsoft, Oracle, IBM, etc.)
  • Strong SQL skills
  • Strong Data Analysis and Architect skills
