Sr. Pre-Sales Consultant

My client is a leading provider of Intelligent Customer Management Software for Financial services, including wealth management and private banking, corporate and commercial banking, capital markets and insurance. Their solutions use AI to optimize customer engagement and increase advisor productivity and cognitive applications that use ML to recommend the right actions to work smarter and faster. They were recognized as a finalist for the Wealth Professional awards for Outstanding Service provider as well as being listed multiple times on the CRM Watchlist.

 

They are expanding and looking for a Senior Sales Engineer in their Toronto office.

 

Experience:

  • 3+ years’ experience in pre-sales (demos/implementation) of software solutions such as: Oracle/Siebel, SAP, Salesforce.com or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Experience working in the Fin Services vertical
  • Understanding of object-oriented programming
  • Experience in integration technologies
  • Knowledge of relational database technologies and concepts.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Do demos and implementations
  • Support 1-2 sales reps
  • Participate in sales calls to assist sales staff with tactical execution of sales plan
  • Support marketing activities
