Sales Manager

My client is a leader in business automation solutions. They have 200 million in revenue, privately held, self-funded (never had to borrow money – very profitable). They’ve been honored as a Top Work Place in Tampa Bay for 6 years in a row. They grew 15-20% the last two years and anticipate 25% growth this year.


They are looking for a Sales Manager in Tampa, FL.

This person will be responsible for managing a team of 6-10 BDM’s, AM’s and RSM’s and collaborating with other sales professionals like Channel Account Managers in achieving the company's revenue goals, as well as coaching, mentoring and providing feedback to staff for improvement.  This role will also recruit, train and execute "go to market" plans put forth by the Sales Vice President

Average sales cycle: 30 days / Average selling price: 30-50k (contract value) 36 month agreement

Base: $80k

OTE: $170k (plus accelerators on plan, don’t cap)
