Regional Sales Manager

My client is a leader in business automation solutions.  They have 200 million in revenue, privately held, self-funded (never had to borrow money – very profitable). They’ve been honored as a Top Work Place in Tampa Bay for 6 years in a row. They grew 15-20% the last two years and anticipate 25% growth this year.

They are expanding their sales team and looking for a Regional Sales Manager in Tampa (can be remote anywhere in the US for the right person) – this is an “inside sales” role – no travel.

This person will be responsible for solution selling of the platform to new prospects in the IT services industry and IT verticals (MSP & TSP).  You will work closely with a BDM (lead, prospecting team) to help develop and grow the territory. 
Average sales cycle: 30 days / Average selling price: 30-50k (contract value) 36 month agreement



  • Inside or outside software sales to businesses (B2B software sales)
  • Carried a bag/responsible for a quota
  • Over the phone telesales (cold calling experience)
  • Territory management/hunting
  • Responsible for demos, closing and overall health of the assigned territory.

Base: $55-80k

OTE: 130k (plus accelerators on plan, don’t cap)
Average W2’s of RSMs: 150k.  Top W2’s 200k+
