Sr Sales Executive, Performance Solutions

My client is the world’s leading provider of cloud-based social recognition and performance management software. They were named one of the Best Workplaces in the US & Ireland by the Great Place To Work Institute. They have been established since 1999 and have been growing at 35% year after year.  They are at about 500 million in revenue with just 450 employees.  They had a record quarter last quarter and have outstanding cash flow and no debt. 

They are growing their sales team for a new product in the performance management space – so they are looking for a Senior Sales Executive, Performance Solutions in Central US. 
(MN to TX over to Carolinas down to FL) – this is a remote position

This position will be selling this new product to net new customers as well as some existing within the territory.  This product and be a standalone or an add on to their already existing solution.  You will also have a dedicated inside sales person.
Average sale price: 250k-1.5 million // Average sale cycle: 9-12 months



  • Hunter, quota carrying, senior level sales
  • Complex sales cycle, larger/enterprise deals, longer sales cycles
  • Exceeded quota (3-5 years)
  • Cloud/saas software – big plus: HR, HCM software
  • Consultative selling approach (relationship driven – this is not a transactional sale)
