My client is a leading interactive technology company specializing in ecommerce, Content Management, Publishing Systems, and Social Network Applications. They are growing/expanding and currently looking for a Systems Administrator for their Manhattan office.

 

Requirements:

Sr. Desktop Support

Expert level Windows 10 and office 2016

Troubleshoot Network Issues (website, server, spam phishing)

Excel, Word, and Outlook

Knowledge of Visual/Audio equipment

Image, install, maintain, and troublshoot windows-based desktops/laptops

Provide Iphone/mobile device support

 

Major Plus:

Microsoft MCP

MCTS

TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP

Iphone Support

Accounting software (Thomson Reuters, Intuit, CCH)

 

Responsibilities:

Receiving, prioritizing, documenting, and resolving user help requests

Giving guidance to junior level staff

Fielding helps requests from end users via telephone/ email

Perform hands-on fixes at the desktop level, including installing and upgrading software, installing hardware, implementing file backups, and configuring systems and applications.

Identify and learn appropriate software and hardware used and supported by the organization.
