Regional Account Executive

My client is a leader in the quality management systems and document control.  They’ve been established since 1993, have over 100 million in revenue and have grown at 35% the last 5 years, each year and anticipate another 35% growth this year.  They are very profitable, privately held and self-funded

Due to expansion they are looking for a Regional Account Executive in Southern CA (LA-San Diego) (remote)

This RAE will be responsible for selling their full suite of products and solutions for document management, bill of materials, processes, risk, audits, projects, research, training, etc. 
This is 60% new business development / 40% existing business (there is some pipeline to be given that is pen to paper, ready to sign)

Average Deal Size: 60-70k / Average Sales Cycle: 9 months but dropping to 5-6

Quota: 780k

Base: 90-95k

OTE: 250k Accelerators on plan (don’t cap)
