Sr. Account Executive

My client is changing the way disaster recovery, data protection and cloud are managed.  They are trusted by over 6,000 customers globally and offerings for Microsoft Azuer, IBM cloud, AWS, Sungard Availability services and more than 350 cloud service providers.  They’ve been established since 2008, have over $100 million in revenue, went through 4 rounds of funding (venture) – profitable and growing at 20%.  Named in Deloitte’s Technology Fast 500.

Due to expansion they are looking for (3) Sr. Account Executives in CA (remote).

  1. 1 in San Fran (to cover NorthBay, Santa Rosa, Napa, Sonoma)
  2. 1 in San Fran (to cover SouthBay, Santa Clara County, San Jose)
  3. 1 in San Diego (to cover San Diego proper)

These AE’s will be responsible for selling their full suite of 100% cloud-based disaster recovery, virtualization, storage solutions to enterprise customers in the territory. 

Average Deal Size: $100k / Average Sales Cycle: 6 months

This is 80% new business development / 20% account development (will be given some named accounts) 
Quota: 1.1 million

Base: $130-150k (negotiable draw available)

OTE: $260-300k Accelerators on plan (don’t cap)
