My client is a provider of SaaS HCM software solutions They offers easy-to-use human capital management software, HRIS, online payroll services, recruiting and timekeeping solutions that support greater business efficiency and accuracy. Their technology automates critical processes such as full-scale benefits management, compliance, online open enrollment, time and attendance, real-time payroll processing, tax filing, applicant tracking, employee and manager self-service and reporting.

 

They are looking for a Mid-Market Sales Director for their East Coast sales team.

Experience

  • Experience with SMB to Mid-Market (100-3,000 employees)
  • SaaS/HCM experience. Talent acquisition solutions
  • C-Level selling (customer facing is a plus)
  • 4 years of managing a direct sales team
  • 4 years of direct b2b sales experience
  • Experience with $3 – 5 million team quotas
  • Proven track record or building successful sales teams
  • Understand HR market

 

Base: 120-130k OTE: 225k-250k UNCAPPED
