Sr. Salesforce Admin

My client is a leading data analytics provider serving customers in insurance, natural resources, and financial services. Their global IT team is growing and looking for a Sr. Salesforce Admin to support their Sales Operations Team in Jersey City.

 

Requirements:

  • 3+ years supporting and configuring Salesforce.com
  • Strong presence in customer/ business-facing roles
  • Ability to thrive in a face paced work environment
  • Ability to manage multiple high-profile initiatives concurrently
  • Interpersonal communication skills are critical
  • Comfortable leading small teams and conducting meetings

 

Responsibilities:

  • Perform ongoing maintenance of Salesforce environment(s).
  • Provide end-user training
  • Perform unit and UAT testing on new products and developments
  • Salesforce admin duties: Managing user profiles and roles reporting and other standard tasks, generate reporting tools and dashboards, working with objects and fields, including formula and relationship fields, workflows, process Builder, Sharing Rules, Permission Sets, validation rules and data loading.
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, product and customer services teams 
  • Troubleshoot issues, diagnose and resolve simple issues
  • System Administration including Managing fields, profiles, roles, security, data management, reporting and other standard tasks
  • Troubleshoot issues, diagnose and resolve simple issues
