Sales Executive

My client is a provider of new innovatively-based entrepreneurial Onboarding software solutions based in Minneapolis, MN. The new business will provide a Hosted SaaS solution for organizations needing global onboarding software to help employers better engage, retain and ramp-up new employees. The company's vision is to leverage its established technology platform with an initial focus on employee onboarding and to identify other markets in the near future. The services and software combine to create an innovative workflow engine that streamlines paper-based processes. With its initial onboarding focus, their solution will increase recruiter productivity, reduce employee turnover and shorten the time to employee productivity.

 

They are currently expanding their sales team and looking for a Sales Executive in their Eden Prairie, Redwood office, or remote in the East or West.

Experience:

  • Hunter
  • Mid-Market to Enterprise (2500+ employees)
  • Onboarding/HCM experience. Talent acquisition solutions
  • C-Level selling (customer facing is a plus)
  • Coming from a start-up is a plus
  • Proven track record
  • Understand HR market

 

Base: $60-75k

50/50 split.
