Pre-Sales (Enterprise Sales Engineer)

My client is a leader in cloud-based secure browsing. They’ve been established since 2010, still privately held – profitable with about 70 employees and 15 million in revenue. With clients like Citigroup, Goldman Sacs, Pepsi and Apple, they are becoming a leader in the space.

Due to expansion, they are looking for a Pre-Sales (Enterprise Sales Engineer) in Redwood City, CA or San Fran, CA (office based).

This person will:

  • Team up with the Account Executives (4) in full sales of SaaS security products
  • You will drive the technical discussions/presentations. 
  • Perform demo’s
  • Manage Proofs-of-Concepts
  • Clients: 150+ commercial clients (including many F500 companies)
  • Territory: National – could be some international at some point
  • Travel: 10-15% for tradeshows - (mostly WebEx work)


Experience:

  • 5+ years in Pre-Sales (demos, POC, etc.)
  • 2+ years in cyber security
  • Enterprise level support
  • SaaS solutions
  • Big plus: working with network security tools (web content filters, firewalls, etc.)
  • Bachelor’s degree required

Base: 130-160k base
OTE:
160-200k (80/20 split)
