Sr. Help Desk Technician

They are a full-service firm that serves privately-held businesses and high net worth individuals with a wide range of traditional and non-traditional advisory services, including accounting and auditing services; tax planning and compliance services; tax credits and incentives; management and succession advisory services; litigation support, forensic accounting and valuation services; and transaction advisory services.


Right now, they are looking to hire a Sr. Help Desk Technician in New York City.

 

Requirements:

  • Sr. Desktop Support
  • Expert level Windows 10 and office 2016
  • Troubleshoot Network Issues (website, server, spam phishing)
  • Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Knowledge of Visual/Audio equipment
  • Image, install, maintain, and troubleshoot windows-based desktops/laptops
  • Provide Iphone/mobile device support

Responsibilities:

  • Receiving, prioritizing, documenting, and resolving user help requests
  • Giving guidance to junior level staff
  • Fielding helps requests from end users via telephone/ email
  • Perform hands-on fixes at the desktop level, including installing and upgrading software, installing hardware, implementing file backups, and configuring systems and applications.
  • Identify and learn appropriate software and hardware used and supported by the organization.
