Their cutting-edge fleet management software is unparalleled for its performance and innovative features, putting vital data at your fingertips to enhance the efficiency and profitability of your entire fleet. They drive business productivity through their SaaS service solutions. They offer a suite of tools that deliver actionable reports by allowing users to view current and/or historical data as well as receive mobile friendly alerts (text / emails) which are easily configurable to a myriad of verticals.

 

They are currently expanding their sales team and looking for an Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager in their Commack, NY office.

 

Requirements and Responsibilities:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 8 or more years of progressive end-to-end recruiting experience and/or a minimum 5 years of SaaS/IOT recruiting experience
  • Experience utilizing a variety of sources to identify and attract prospect, including direct sourcing
  • Experience consulting with and influencing business leaders
  • Experience with web-based applicant/requisition tracking system
  • You may be in NY, where we’re based out of, or you may be a remote employee – the significant point is you know and work with Tech companies, help them grow and understand people and culture to help support growth
  • Demonstrated experience with all technology recruiting lifecycle components including sourcing, qualifying and assessing candidates, networking, market trends and relationship management.
  • Extremely detail oriented and ability to maintain momentum in a fast-paced business environment
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task and work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to communicate at various levels in an organization
  • Partner with executives and managers to gain understanding of business unit objectives and job requirements and develop a sourcing strategy to identify and attract the right talent
  • Use deep knowledge of client business to respond to detailed candidate questions about the role and function
  • Leverage a variety of sources to identify and engage potential talent and ensure on-going talent pipelines
  • Keep apprised of sourcing best practices and emerging tools/technologies; introduce and/or pilot when appropriate
  • May participate in or lead site specific or functional specific recruitment events/initiatives to build/strengthen prospect pipelines
  • Lead planning, management and deployment of assigned project
