Vp, Mid-Market Sales

My client is a leading provider of Source-to-pay and Enterprise contract Lifecycle Management solutions. Established in 1996. They have been recognized in multiple categories in the Gartner Hype Cycle for Procurement and sourcing solutions, 2017.

They are growing and profitable and looking to bring on a VP, Mid-Market Sales in the East or West.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Report to CRO
  • Manager 3 people to start then hire more
  • Support/build and coach the sales team
  • Define territories and forecast

 

Experience:

  • Has a strong track record of managing sales teams in a technical/SaaS/SW field
  • Has experience in the industry (i.e. ELCM. P2P, spend management solutions)
  • Enterprise market experience with companies between $500-$2B)
  • Has experience with salesforce.com or another CRM system
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Experience managing multiple customer at a time while pay strict attention to detail.
