Sr. Account Executive

My client is a North American based leader in delivering manufacturing solutions that get the most out of their client's people, process and technology - whether by maximizing the capability of existing systems and capability or implementing the latest in what their partners have to offer.  They have been established since 97.  Have just under 100 employees – and have been 100% employee owned since 2016.  They are extremely profitable and growing rapidly.

They are growing their team and looking for a Senior Account Executive in 2 locations (TN/AL & Atlanta/FL panhandle). This person will be responsible for growing the assigned territory from both existing and net new clients (new logos.

Vertical: food & beverage, water waste, breweries, metals and mining, cigarette manufacturers, municipalities
Solutions:  Quality, workforce optimization, compliance, energy management, operational efficiency, asset management, visualization & supervisory control.


Experience:

  • Hunter (b2b)
  • Consultative selling
  • Manufacturing/industrial automation space (including PLCs, DCS (distributed control systems) I/O network sand/or MES/SCADA software.

Base: $75k-$120k (can be flexible depending on experience
OTE: $130k-$170k (no cap and accelerators on plan)
+negotiable NR Draw (guaranteed $ first year)
